It would be a great feedback and an important statistic to show my boss, so she'll keep letting me spend money on the Chatbot.
For now, I've used conversation monitoring to tell good and bad experiences apart.

I'm not sure if it was added or if I just missed it in the first place, but I could just enable "Response Actions". Though, there till isn't one place to see statistics of how many likes or dislikes the bots are getting.
