There is another post in here requesting support for other models than OpenAI's GPT models. Support for models like Llama 3 or mistral that can be run locally would generally comply with GDPR laws, as data is not handed to third-parties.
That and perhaps also being able to host the source-database locally. Or maybe just don't give an LLM acess to clasified or sensitive documents, idk.
